Enhancing the productivity of silvopastoral systems with organic fertilizers, soil amendments, and biostimulants: these are the key topics of Rigenerazioni, an event scheduled for Friday, April 4, at 11:00 AM at the Wine Museum in Berchidda (Sardinia, Italy). The chosen title reflects the event’s dual objective: on one hand, regenerating soils through sustainable practices; on the other, promoting the renewal of traditional techniques in Sardinian silvopastoral systems. During the meeting, industry experts will illustrate how the use of organic fertilizers, soil amendments, and biostimulants can significantly increase land productivity while maintaining environmental balance.
Organized by the Desertification Research Center of the University of Sassari, the event is part of the Semenare series within the Làcani Living Lab, dedicated to the future of Mediterranean silvopastoral systems within the international projects SALAM MED, MONALISA, LIVINGAGRO, and FAGESOS. The event will feature technical presentations designed to be accessible even to non-specialists, with the goal of sharing practical knowledge that can be immediately applied by professionals in the field. Special attention will be given to the specific characteristics of the Gallura region and the most suitable solutions for the local context. At the end of the session, a refreshment will be offered to registered participants (max. 50, on a first-come, first-served basis).
